As cofounder and chief product officer, I’m proud to say I shipped a product and brand from absolute 0 to 1, launching in both the Android and Apple store. I designed and managed our beta version with an offshore development team before hiring two inhouse engineers for our native mobile app.

This two way marketplace empowers trainers to grow their own brands and in-person audiences, cutting out the gym or studio as the middle man and allowing them to earn more and have greater flexibility. For clients, this allowed them to find and develop relationships with trainers that fit their styles and were potentially closer to where they lived (in NY).

The brand concept comes from the apps ability to allow trainers to stake their own territories and be their own brand. Using the flag as an icon to establish their independence and then paired it with vibrant color palette and modern typography, to allow the flexibility for expression on the platform.

Partnering with boutique hotels, parks, photography studios, and open streets programs we were able to utilize unused space for fitness classes and provide a unique experience for everyone. After some traction throughout Fall/Winter 2020 and Spring/Summer of 2021 in Lower Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Miami, we decided to shut down the product due to fundraising issues.

Product case studies to come.
